 Winter Session #4

(4 weeks/12 classes)

Time: 6:30 to 7:30am
Days: Monday, Wednesday & Friday (12 classes)
Location: Center School Gymnasium, Windham, NH
Fee: $169 (Full Session of 12 classes)
 

Unable to commit to a full session...?
Commit to a partial session of 2 to 11 classes for $15 per class if payment is made during the first week of class. Payment for partial session during weeks 2, 3 and 4, the fee is $17 per class. You may also "walk-in" for $20 per class.  Attending full session ($169/12 classes) or partial session basis (2-11 classes/$15-$17 per class) you are required to pay in-full for the number of classes you will attend for the session. Payment due on the first day you attend class.

Boot Camp Basic Training

Time: 6:30 to 7:30am
Location: Center School, Windham, NH
Fee: $15 per person

This 90 minute class will introduce you to all the drills, exercises and skills to prepare you for a full 4-week Extreme fitness Boot Camp session. All components will be addressed using agility ladders, hurdles, jump ropes, medicine balls and lots more. Proper form and technique and movement mechanics will also be addressed. Boot Camp Basic Training is an excellent confidence builder if you are new to a boot camp style class in a group format.

A minimum of 5 people are required to run Boot Camp Basic Training.
