Women's fitness Boot Camp is ideal for those who want to take their training to the next level, for those who have not worked out for a year or so...or recently given birth and you are ready to lose the "baby weight." In this camp we will focus on total body conditioning with cardiovascular interval drills, flexibility, endurance, core conditioning and resistance training using free weights and resistance bands targeting all the difficult areas. You can feel comfortable working out in a non-competitive non-intimidating group environment. All equipment is provided.
Fee: $169 (12 classes) Boot Camp Basic Training is a 90 minute class, instructional in nature, that will introduce you to all the drills, exercises and skills to prepare you Fee: $15 (One 90-minute class) Group multi-sport conditioning camps are designed for the young male and female athlete ages 15 to 18. Speed, agility and quickness are the primary theme of the camp. While not focusing on one specific sport, the athlete will develop the required "sport" skills that will allow him or her to excel at his or her chosen sport. An ideal camp for pre-conditioning for Fall sports or to maintain a certain level of performance during the off season. Multi-Sport camps are typically offered in late Summer. How about a private boot camp for you and your friends or neighbors? Are you a soon-to-be bride...? How about "bridal boot camp" for you and the wedding party. And yes, we can include the guys. Are you and a group of friends preparing for sporting event? The Extreme fitness Boot Camp van will travel near and far to accomodate your needs. All equipment is provided for you. A minimum group of 10 participants is required for a 4 or 6 week boot camp session. And of course a large area to complete all the kick butt, calorie burning fun thrills and drills. BLAST classes are desigend for the true boot camp veteran. The 1 day BLAST classes are 90 minutes in length conducted at a high intensity non-stop pace...a true test of your endurance. The 3 day BLAST classes 60 minutes in length and run on 3 consecutive days allowing for very little recovery between days. All fitness components are addressed just as a typical Extreme class, but with a little "spice" added to drain you of every ounce of energy. Check the schedule for upcoming classes and camps. Boot Camp Basic Training
for a full 4-week Extreme fitness Boot Camp or Women's fitness Boot Camp session. All components of a boot camp class will be addressed using agility laddres, hurdles, jump ropes, medicine balls and lots more. Proper form and technique and movement mechanics will also be addressed. The class will conclude with a 45 minute boot camp segment.
