In addition to fitness boot camps, and personal training, I am excited to be offering on-line training to my services.
Personalized on-line fitness programs will be offered along with nutrition analysis. Whatever your fitness needs, I can design a program based on your specific needs.
Your customized workout will include all components of fitness; resistance, flexibility, cardiovascular, functional, core and abdominal training.
Whatever your fitness level, from beginner to intermediate, novice or conditioned athlete, I will design a workout for you to use in your home or your health club.
You may have question along the way, that's why e-mail consultations are included to give you that needed support, education and encouragement.
