I want you to act! I want you to move! I need you to understand your body is designed to move. So what ever you like to do; walk, run, ride a bike, hike or belly dance- do it…and do it often. All components of fitness -strength, flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, power, balance, speed, agility, accuracy- need continuous conditioning. If you don’t use it, you’ll lose it- don't be a tin man! We just can’t store fitness. When you make a commitment towards a healthier lifestyle, it is a life-long commitment…to yourself. Probably the most difficult, yet most important part of my job. Motivation is a shared responsibility between yourself and me. I need you to see the value of a healthy and physically fit body. Maintaining a life-long fitness program can get frustrating and we all face adversity along the way. I will assist you in overcoming the psychological and physical barriers you may encounter in your quest towards reaching your physical potential. Being physically fit is a choice and you must look within yourself for reasons you want to improve your health and fitness.A workout is 25 percent perspiration and 75 percent determination.
