1. Who teaches Boot Camp?
All boot camp classes are conducted by degreed and/or certified trainers holding multiple national training certifications. All instructors are CPR/AED certified
2. What time does boot camp start?
Classes start PROMPTLY at the scheduled times- this ensures a full, action packed, sixty minutes. We do not wait for stragglers. Arrive after the warm up and you will not be allowed to participate. This rule is strictly enforced as it is best to complete a dynamic warm-up prior to a strenuous workout. Is this your first class at boot camp?...Please arrive 15 minutes early for review of paperwork and a short introduction to boot camp.
3. What is my investment to be as fit as I can be?
Each session of boot camp is four weeks in length, 3 classes per week for a total of 12 classes per session. Attending camp 3 days a week is ONLY $169 (12 classes). That's about $14 per hour...and you receive the same results oriented, motivating and inspiring workouts for a fraction of the cost of working with a personal trainer...which typically costs $65 to $75 an hour.

4. Do I have to attend class 3 days a week?
No, you do not have to attend class 3 days a week. You have the option to attend on a partial session basis for $15 per class for the first week (attending 2 to 11 classes). You may even pay-as-U-go and "drop-in" a class for $20 per class. For best results, it is recommended you make the ultimate commitment and attend 12 classes per session. For weeks 2, 3 and 4 the rate increases to $17 per class....so it is BEST to determine the number of classes you will attend for the session and make payment during the first week of class.

5. Where do Boot Camp classes take place?
During the summer program (May through October), morning classes take place at Griffin Park in Windham, NH. All “obstacles” in the park will be utilized; benches, track, grass field, and basketball court. Afternoon classes are conducted outdoors at Windham High School. During the winter program (November through April), morning classes take place at The Center School (gymnasium) in Windham, NH. For the summer sessions, in the event of "severe" weather conditions and class is canceled due to thunder and lightning and/or UNSAFE surface conditions, a make-up day will be scheduled during the same session.
6. Should I talk to my doctor before attending Boot Camp?
Please review and answer all the questions on the Physical Activity Readiness Questionaire (PAR-Q). If you answered “YES” on two or more questions you will need a medical clearance from your doctor before attending. All required forms; Health History, PAR-Q, and Waiver are to be completed prior to participating in boot camp. I do recommend all participants have a moderate strength and cardiovascular base developed prior to attending Extreme fitness Boot Camp....Ask yourself if you can comfortably walk/slow jog one mile.

You will also do speed and agility drills, medicine ball drills, partner drills, plyometrics (jump training), and agility courses. Also included are, old style calisthenics and core conditioning…Whatever it takes to distract you from the fact you are getting an awesome workout while having fun.

11. Will I be sore after class?
If you have not been participating in a consistent exercise program for the last 30 days you will experience minor soreness after your first two or three days at boot camp. This is normal and as you become more fit, the soreness goes away and you will feel awesome. Your body is now ready for bigger and better things.
12. What type of results can I expect?
It depends on how many classes you attend and your level of effort- results will vary depending on what you put into it. Improvements in performance are quick- within 1 or 2 weeks. Attending 12 classes will result in the greatest improvements in strength, power and cardiovascular endurance. Improvements in appearance take a bit longer. Attending boot camp, giving it 110% effort, combined with proper diet and nutrition- you can expect a 2 to 4 percent reduction on body fat, 3 to 5 pound weight loss and 1 to 2 inch decrease in your waistline. If one of your goals is weight management, proper nutrition combined with boot camp plays a crucial role.
