Fast pace, high intensity would describe my Extreme fitness Boot Camp. A camp for the seasoned exerciser. Each 60-minute class starts with a 10 minute dynamic warm-up, followed by 40 minutes of "athletic style" drills and exercises to include skipping rope, speed/agility drills, quickness drills, medicine ball drills, running and sprinting drills, partner drills...anything I can think of to get you moving back and forth, up, down and sideways. This is not your "typical" bootcamp moving from station to station, rest and repeat...been there, I know- BOOOORING. Don't worry, a couple of 30-second water breaks are allowed. We conclude with 10 minutes of core/abdominal conditioning.
Extreme fitness Boot Camp runs continuously throughout the year.
6 summer sessions (May - Oct) and 6 winter sessions (Nov - Apr).
Women's fitness Boot Camp
This 3 day a week program focuses on strength, cardiovascular conditioning, flexibility and core conditioning. If you have not participated in a consistent fitness program in the past several years, you are in the early stages of pregnancy or recently gave birth and need a “jumpstart” to get moving- this camp is for you. You can benefit from the same challenging results driven workouts as my popular Extreme fitness Boot Camp. You will perform upper/lower body strength training on all three days in addition to low intensity cardiovascular drills...this makes for an ideal combination to firm and tone your body in all the difficult areas. All required equipment is supplied for you. All you need to bring is lots of energy. This program is a perfect solution for beginner to intermediate fitness levels.
Extreme fitness Boot Camp 3/4-day Blast
Want to see what you are really made of? Each intense 60 minute class is full of heart pumping, calorie burning, and muscle pounding drills and exercises guaranteed to drain you of every ounce of energy you have. Four classes typically conducted on Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday. Highly Recommended for the true Extreme fitness Boot Camp veteran.
Boot Camp Basic Training
This 90 minute class will introduce you to all the drills, exercises and skills to prepare the novice exerciser for a full boot camp session. All components of fitness will be addressed using all the "toys" we use in boot camp class; agility ladders, hurdles, medicine balls, jump ropes and lots more. We will also cover proper form, technique and movement mechanics when performing the various exercises and drills. Class will conclude with a 30 minute boot camp workout allowing you to put into practice what you learn.
Boot Camp Basic Training classes are typically scheduled at the beginning of each session. Class is not required prior to enlisting in a full session, but recommended for new campers. Fee: $15 per person.
Multi-Sport Conditioning Camp
A multi-sport, conditioning camp for the young athlete (age 12 to 17/male and female) covering all performance components used in sport; speed, agility, quickness, power, coordination, endurance and dynamic balance. The athlete will perform drills and exercises in a progressive manner with the goal of improving performance and reducing the risk of injury. For training to have a direct carry-over (transfer specificity) to sport performance, training must involve strengthening movement patterns- the training must simulate what is happening while the athlete is playing. In addition to reducing the risk of injury the athlete will become faster, quicker, more explosive and develop confidence.
Team fitness Boot Camp
Team and group fitness boot camps are a convenient option for sports teams, law enforcement, firefighters, corporate or a group of friends.
If you have the space such a large yard, basketball court, gym, field house or local park. I will provide all the motivation and equipment.
This is an excellent option if your group is unable to attend one of my scheduled Extreme fitness Boot Camps.
