About Joe

Since retiring from the U.S. Air Force with 21 years, I have been involved in the fitness industry for the past 10 years holding positions as a personal trainer, strength coach, fitness director and lecturer. My primary focus for YOU is achieving long-term results based on challenging and varied training programs. Using the latest scientific research and training principles ensures you are receiving the most effective training possible. When training with me you will experience workouts that are challenging, educational and rewarding.
I pride myself on results oriented training and communicating only the most credible, accurate and effective fitness information to you.

I have trained a wide variety of individuals in the areas of strength and conditioning for sport, strength training for general fitness, core conditioning, and functional training. It is my goal to improve your health and fitness through motivation, inspiration and education.

I base my relationships with my clients on respect, professionalism, honesty, communication and sincerity. In addition, I want each and every one of my clients to possess commitment, desire, and dedication towards achieving their health and fitness goals.

Just as in any profession, maintaining Master Trainer status carries the responsibility of ongoing personal and professional development. Attending fitness conferences, workshops and seminars on various fitness topics allows me to stay abreast of the latest scientific research in the areas of strength training, performance enhancement and injury prevention.
