Welcome to On The Move Fitness & Conditioning. My name is Joe Grillo. As a Master Trainer I offer private training, fitness boot camps, sports specific strength & conditioning and nutrition solutions.
Since retiring from the U.S. Air Force with 21 years, I've been involved in the fitness industry for the past 13 years holding positions as a trainer, strength coach and fitness director and creator/instructor of the BEST fitness boot camps in S. New Hampshire; Extreme fitness Boot Camp and Women's fitness Boot Camp.
Whether we are training in a one-on-one setting or you are attending my one of my boot camps, my primary focus for YOU is achieving results based on challenging and varied training programming. I will apply the latest scientific research and training principles to ensure you are receiving the most effective and efficient training methods possible.
When training with me you will experience workouts that are challenging, educational
and rewarding. I have trained a wide variety of individuals in the areas of strength and conditioning for sport, strength training for general fitness, core conditioning, and functional training.
